EDMOND – Saturday at the OSSAA Class 6A State Track Meet you could see Bixby’s Braylin Presley flying by as he qualified in the morning and early afternoon for the finals in both the 100 and 200-meters on a windy, overcast day at Edmond Santa Fe High School.
