OKLAHOMA CITY – It was a disappointing day at Paycom Center for Oklahoma State as they fell to Oklahoma, 85-76.
It marked the first loss of the season for the Pokes, dropping them to 9-1 on the season.
Steve Lutz, Kanye Clary and Christian Coleman met with the media following the game to discuss the loss.
“It’s a disappointing loss, obviously for us,” said Steve Lutz following the 85-76 loss to Oklahoma. “It’s kind of a reoccurring theme as to what we’ve had as our problems, and we have not fixed those. Until we fix those on the defensive end, it’s going to continue to be the same result. With that being said, I thought Oklahoma played well. I thought they had something to do with our lack of offensive production, and give them credit, they shot the ball pretty well in the first half and they had guys who came off the bench and produced.”
