I am seeing no offense (selfish hero ball, helter-skelter dribbling and chaos) no defense (totally lost on the floor) no rebounding (because we don't screen out and are not tough enough) . . .a basic failed portal experiment. Just a group of individual playground ballers. Does not look good on Coach Lutz's ability to improve this team over an entire season.
I love every one of them and appreciate them never quitting, even when getting blown out, but they appear to be un-coachable (which is an excuse for Coach Lutz)
Not sure our incoming recruiting class will be able to carry the water next year, even as good as they looked as prospects during their high school careers. The big difference is they are young, still malleable and should be very coachable. The next couple of years will tell us a lot about Coach Lutz's ability to bring us back to at least the level we had with Eddie, which is the lowest bar on the standard for oSu.
