STILLWATER – The goal was to make it to Houston, Texas and celebrate one-year old grandson Walt’s first birthday. There is not a consensus on it, but I believe that little Walt was named in part after Oklahoma State and Dallas Cowboys great Walt Garrison. Walt was my first sports hero and I got to be friends with old Walt. He was one-of-a-kind.
