I have a sincere and legitimate interest in asking who all of the folks are. I don't live there. Maybe he/she knows something that I don't know. I don't have time or subscriptions to read everything that is out there.

There is a guy on OP that use to conduct some annual fan poll, I don't know if he still does that, or what questions that he asks, or if that could possibly have been a question asked in the past. There are other sites that are subscription based that might share information that I am not aware of.

and for the record... I have STARTED more threads, to INITIATE conversations, and I have many, many threads where I have posted and there has been no controversy or conflict, it is only those threads in which you (or the other basher) attacks me where there is a problem.

I have many posts today - in the baseball thread and others, where there are no issues.

how many threads have you personally started? (it's facetious, I know the answer, I looked it up, and it's the same with the other basher - you guys do not initiate conversation, you do not try to conduct yourselves civilly, you simply attack me because of some sick fascination that you have with me)

that "poll" was only of folks that visit that Internet site.... but I was thankful for that tid-bit of information.

I clearly remember the seemingly majority that were ready to run Gundy out of town when he was entertaining Tennessee.

Dave puts out the call for people to take the survey on all OSU sites from what I can tell. If he doesn't someone will usually mention it. There are limitations to it, but it's also probably the best we're going to get for this question. I find it interesting every year.

A basic breakdown along the lines of what is in the survey feels accurate. Although my guess is the intensity of feeling among the disapprove group is much stronger and they voice it much more than the approve group. No this is not really quantifiable, just my observation from spending too much time on OSU message boards.

Interestingly the two Tennessee flirtations didn't really seem to affect his approval ratings in this survey. Probably since it takes place in August and everyone has had time to forget about that and instead people are thinking of whatever the last season looked like and their optimism about the upcoming season.

I looked at the link you posted, and I found it interesting that our old DC moved to #4 (Gundy was way down) ...

and now he's gone to tOSU.... I doubt that will show up in the next poll, since he'll be gone.

there were several other oddities that I noticed, but did not mention, because I was mostly thankful for you providing the link.
