Cowboys Move Practice Saturday to the Afternoon

Because of Mike Gundy attending the funeral of former teammate and Oklahoma State tight end J.R. Dillard the Pokes Saturday practice was moved to the afternoon, Fall camp will wrap up with practice on Sunday morning

STILLWATER – Saturday’s full pad practice was bumped back to 3:30 p.m. as Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy drove to Broken Arrow on Saturday morning for the funeral of one his teammates former Oklahoma State tight end J.R. Dillard, who played at OSU from 1984-87 and caught a touchdown pass from Gundy in the Cowboys snowy Sun Bowl win over West Virginia. Gundy told Pokes Report that there were close to 40 former teammates at the service.
