Oklahoma State Gets Three Big 12 Player of the Week Honors
STILLWATER – The Bedlam party continues in Stillwater as Oklahoma State has picked up three Big 12 Player of the Week honors following the 37-33 win over Oklahoma on Saturday.
Malcolm Rodriguez was named the Defensive Player of the Week, Brennan Presley the Special Teams Player of the Week and Collin Oliver the Newcomer of the Week.
Rodriguez led the team in total tackles with 11, including five solo stops, three tackles for loss, two sacks and a pass break up.
Presley finished the game with 174 all-purpose yards, 142 coming in kickoff returns, which included a return for a touchdown.
As for Oliver, he finished with two tackles, both were sacks coming in the fourth quarter and the second one being the game-clinching tackle on fourth and long with less than 10 seconds left.
The Cowboys will now saddle up in preparation for the Big 12 title game in Arlington, TX, on Dec. 4 against Baylor.
