STILLWATER – A quick trip down the hall of the Oklahoma State football offices and most of the doors were open as assistant coaches watched video, took notes, and typed in instructions on their computers, both desktop and laptop. One door was closed as Jim Knowles was said to be in his office in his usual opponent preparing game plan crunching mode on a Monday.
