Oklahoma State Makes Top 10 for 2023 Four-Star Running Back Kaleb Jackson
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State has yet to land a running back commitment in the 2023 class. Well, the Pokes are one step closer in the process as they made the top 10 for Kaleb Jackson.
Along with the Pokes, Jackson included Alabama, Baylor, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas A&M.
Kaleb Jackson is a 5-10, 200-pound running back out of Liberty Magnet in Baton Rouge, LA. He’s currently listed as a four-star prospect in the 2023 class and is the No. 135 overall prospect in the country according to the 247Sports composite. He’s also listed as the No. 7 overall running back and the No. 8 overall prospect out of Louisiana.

Jackson helped lead Liberty Magnet to a 9-2 overall record and was dynamic on the field. He played in all 11 games for the Patriots and carried the ball 138 times for 2,031 yards and 29 touchdowns, averaging 14.7 yards a carry and 184.6 yards a game.
He was also solid in the receiving game as he recorded 21 catches for 394 yards and four touchdowns.
He’d finish the year for 2,684 all-purpose yards as he also recorded 259 return yards. Oh, and he also served as the team’s main punter, posting 259 total yards, an average of 21.6 yards a punt.
Mike Gundy and Co. currently hold four commitments in the 2023 class: DB Kam Franklin out of Oak Grove (LA), Jaedon Foreman out of Del City (OK), Jack Endean out of Tucson (AZ) Tanque Verde and JaKobe Sanders out of Stillwater (OK) High School.
