WACO, Texas – The No. 6 Oklahoma State softball team completed a series sweep with a 7-2 victory over Baylor in Waco Sunday.

The victory extended the Cowgirls' winning streak to 11 and moved OSU to 28-6 overall and 6-0 in conference play.

Cowgirl starter Miranda Elish (9-4) tallied her sixth straight win. After allowing two runs in the first inning and a hit in the second, Elish was perfect for the remaining four innings before Kelly Maxwell came on to close.

A four-run fourth was key for OSU. Sydney Pennington's two-RBI single up the middle tied the ball game, then a Baylor error scored two more to give the Cowgirls all the cushion they'd need.

OSU added three insurance runs in the sixth. Katelynn Carwile singled to center field, scoring Chelsea Alexander. A wild pitch brought Kiley Naomi home, followed by an Elish sacrifice fly to add one more.

Oklahoma State matched a season high with five stolen bases in the contest, with Alexander stealing two.
