MLB Draft Concludes with Two Cowboy Deserters Being Picked

Two pitchers that had already declared their departure from the Oklahoma State program were picked up on the final day of the MLB First-Year Player Draft.

STILLWATER – Two pitchers from this past season at Oklahoma State were picked up on the final day of the MLB First-Year Players Draft. Bryce Osmond was selected with the 448th pick in the 15th round of the draft by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Kale Davis was then selected in the next round. The two players picked on day three made it nine total for Oklahoma State and that tied the Cowboys for third among all schools in number of players selected.
