Oklahoma State Offers 2023 Plano Forward Justin McBride

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is still looking to add prospects in the 2023 class and Mike Boynton and once again looking to add talent out of the DFW area as he extended an offer to Justin McBride.

The offer comes after several strong performances with Drive Nation during the EYBL circuit, including dropping multiple 20+ performances this past week at the Peach Jam, including dropping 33 points on Thursday.

McBride is a 6-7, 210-pound forward out of Plano (TX) High School and currently holds close to 10 offers, including Oklahoma State, Arizona State, Arkansas, Colorado State, Kansas, Missouri and TCU among others.

Originally out of Mouth of Wilson, VA, McBride played for Oak Hill before making the move to Plano. In fact, it appeared his recruiting process would be wrapped up before this past signing class ended as he had dropped a final four list Sept 2021, which included Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Texas Tech. However, he opened his process back up to all schools this past March and has seen a handful of offers come his way since June.

The Cowboys currently hold one commitment in the 2023 class, four-star forward Brandon Garrison out of Del City, who’s ranked No. 54 in the 2023 class.
