Third Practice in a Row with Three More Until a Day Off, Running Backs Beat the Grind

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State has not entered the dog days of fall camp. School is still just over a week away and the team is in the midst of a six-days in a row of practice. The next off day is Wednesday, Aug. 17. Okay, tomorrow on Sunday (Aug. 14) the team will have a special teams practice in shorts and helmets and then the newcomers will have a practice, so it will be a light day. However, this is where you have to grind and stay focused.

Losing green for the year hurts this offense in so many ways. Back to having a glorified extra OL on the field.

the article does not say Green was lost for the year. Where did you hear that?

Hair line fracture. I mean technically he probably could come back. I bet they just the redshirt year he didn't use last year.

thanks, I had not heard about the diagnosis.... that's about a six-week injury, right?

Hopefully we'll see him in early October

Yeah, just knowing Gundy and the training staff they may just shut him down for his RS year. Just what I was thinking by all year.

I'm not sure what that comment is supposed to mean, but Green is just about all we've got for a TE.

My prediction is that he will play this year as soon as he is healthy. He did not move to that position to sit the bench, and we have zero substitutes for him at CW. (Shettron?)
