Watch: Mike Boynton Discusses Upcoming Two-game Road Trip
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is looking to bounce back from the 87-76 loss to No. 5 Kansas this past week, as they hit the road for a two-game stretch that starts in Fort Worth against TCU and ends in Morgantown against WVU.
Cowboys head coach Mike Boynton met with the media on Thursday ahead of the Pokes’ departure to discuss the road trip. The Horned Frogs have had a rough February as they’ve lost to Oklahoma State (79-73), Kansas State (82-61), Baylor (72-68) and Iowa State (70-59), all of which have come without both Mike Miles and Eddie Lampkin.
However, it appears as if Miles is set for a return against the Pokes, which would obviously be a huge boost for the Frogs as he’s one of the best players in the country.
As for the Mountaineers, they’re fresh off a 79-67 loss to No. 9 Baylor on Monday and will host Texas Tech Saturday morning. That game is televised on ESPNU for anyone who wants a fresh look at the Mountaineers from the last game between OSU and WVU, a 67-60 win for the Pokes.
