Nick Martin had the Hit of the Day and He is Going to Play A Lot

STILLWATER – The hit of the day came in inside drill in practice on Monday. The Cowboys were back in helmets and shoulder pads for a practice that lasted close to two and a half hours. Inside drill is where the offense and defense really get down with the physicality of trying to establish a running game and the defense with trying to keep it from being established.
