STILLWATER --- As you watched the game develop between Oklahoma State and South Alabama, you kept thinking that the Oklahoma State defense was so close to shutting down South Alabama. It wasn’t like the Jaguars offense running through the Cowboys defense, but the nicks were painful and led to the big shots that caused the eventual hemorrhaging on the scoreboard.

Embarrassing performance on both sides of the ball.

One of the worst home losses in a long time. Got it, "out coached again" common theme here of late w Gundy.

Well, considering ISU runs the odd man front on defense, maybe our lazy check cashing offensive coaches will steal the plays South Alabama ran against us at will and we'll have a chance in Ames??

As for the defensive coaches, maybe prepare for what South Alabama did again and again and again on offense against our porous odd man front … because Campbell and crew are still somewhat hungry compared to our enriched coaching staff with no incentives to be creative and to actually consider what the other team may or may not do against us.

We looked ill prepared and lazy. That's on the coaches.

Unbelievable

Daniels may not be the fit for this defense. That's a scary thought.

We don't play defense with any aggression. When we tackle we don't push them back they always fall forward. We are not the toughest team on the field and that cannot happen.

I'm curious. How is our coaching staff any less (or more) incentivized than any other coaching staff?

Some of the things I read are, well, just amazing.

Unfortunately, it's not the X's and the O's...it's the Jimmy's and the Joe's. The o line Jim's and joes.
