Getting to Know the New Big 12
STILLWATER – The new Big 12 already feels like it is whole, but technically the new Big 12 becomes official on Aug. 1 when the four new schools officially join the conference. The newbies include Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah.
Thanks to a good friend in West Virginia Mountaineers sideline radio reporter Jed Drenning, we have some cool facts on the Big 12 schools as it pertains to success in football. You know most of them have had some degree of achievement to brag about during one era or another or some both.
Below is the football history information and then later below all this fun stuff are the university facts and some good information on the stadiums and places to go when you hit town either before or after the game.

That is interesting. West Virginia has won the most games. Arizona State has the best win percentage. Cincinnati has been playing longer than any other school. Oklahoma State has the most bowl wins and the best bowl record. Colorado has had the most consensus All-Americans. Utah has won the most conference championships and the Utes and Kansas State have the most recent conference championships.
Below is some more pertinent information including the stadiums and capacity and where to go get something good to eat and for sure, something cold and strong to drink. One exception BYU as you go for the milk shakes.
