Eberle Earns Second Consecutive Big 12 Honor

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State right-hander Carrie Eberle was named Big 12 Co-Pitcher of the Week, it was announced today.

This marks Eberle’s second consecutive conference honor.

In two games this past weekend, Eberle tossed two complete game shutouts including a no-hitter against Omaha. She gave up just four hits on the weekend and struck out 11.

Eberle lowered her season earned run average to 0.71 and leads the Cowgirls with seven wins this year.

This marks the fourth time in her career that she has been recognized as Big 12 Pitcher of the Week.

The Cowgirls are scheduled to host Liberty on Friday, March 12th and travel to OKC to take on Houston on Saturday, March 13th  as part of the Hall of Fame Classic.
