STILLWATER – Before Blake Hawksworth was a major college pitching coach with two stellar seasons at Oregon, the former big league pitcher with the St. Louis Cardinals, and then the Los Angeles Dodgers, was a pitching coach at two other schools. He was an agent and talent scout twice for the Scott Boras Corportation, the agent that represents so many major pro athletes. He was also a high school pitching coach and a director of baseball operations at another college.
