Spring Practice: O-Line Improving, Gundy Focused on Pass Pro, Other Observations

Gundy felt pass protection needed most work and the run game blocking would improve. He likes what he has seen so far. Long way to go, but it's improved.

STILLWATER – We’re not sure if it was that the NFL scouts were in town and there was a lot of extra excitement going on with the annual Pro Day or just the second practice in full pads and it was time, but the Cowboys fifth practice of the spring, one-third of the way through, was just a little chippy. There weren’t any major skirmishes, but a few drills and plays throughout the nearly two and half-hours practice showed it was clear there was some extra emotion.
