STILLWATER – There are two major players in ranking recruiting classes and now, ranking transfer portal classes. Those two are 247 Sports and On3. The duo have different ways of looking at the information. I will give them credit on originality and being their own entity.

Here is how the two recruiting and portal “expert” giants ranked the top six in the Big 12:
