Oklahoma State Lands Former Mississippi State Pitcher Delainey Everett
STILLWATER – Kenny Gajewski and Co. have added former Mississippi State pitcher Delainey Everett out of the transfer portal.
Originally out of Oakdale, CA., Everett is coming off her junior season with the Bulldogs, where she helped them to a 43-21 overall record and a berth in the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City.
In 12 appearances, Everett recorded a 1.15 ERA., which included one complete game and one shutout, both coming in the third game of the Norman Super Regional to eliminate OU with a 6-0 win. She finished the season with nine strikeouts and 10 walks across 24 innings pitched.
She played in 25 games as a sophomore in 2025 with a 2.92 ERA and a 10-2 overall record across 16 starts. In 74 innings pitched, she recorded 49 strikeouts to 15 walks.
In three seasons, Everett has a 2.55 career ERA in 51 appearances and 126 innings. She also has 95 strikeouts and 32 walks.
