Can the defense be better? Sure, but when you are dealing with recovering from four turnovers and four more missed fourth downs, two on your own end of the field, good luck.

TULSA – No excuses. That’s the way Oklahoma State linebacker Ethan Wesloski rolls. he was the co-leading tackler in the game for the Cowboys along with fellow linebacker Tate Romney. Both had seven tackles and did it playing a lot of snaps on a field that had a surface temperature of 161 degrees at kickoff. Oklahoma State’s defense, including those two veteran linebackers played well and deserved better.
