Oklahoma State Lands Idaho State Transfer Kicker Gabe Panikowski
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is hoping to have found an answer to some of the kicking woes from this past season as they’ve landed a commitment from Idaho State transfer kicker, Gabe Panikowski.
Panikowski was a junior this past season, originally out of San Diego, CA, and is coming off a perfect season. In 12 games this past season, Panikowski went a perfect 15-of-15 on field goals, and 44-of-47 in total kicks in his lone season with the Bengals.
He also drilled a 55-yarder against Northern Arizona, the second-longest kick in the FCS this past season.
Prior to his time with Idaho State, Panikowski was with Riverside City College where he went 15-of-21 in field goals, with a long of 44 yards, and 67-of-72 in extra points.
He began his career at Sacramento State in 2022, where he averaged nearly 63 yards on kickoffs, with 17 touchbacks in 48 attempts.
