It definitely won't be massive pay raises for his buddies. Well, they'll be getting paid more here than they were, but it won't be comparative to what the former OSU coaches were being paid. He's just wanting to bring his own guys in who know his system and aren't a part of the past two seasons. Fresh start with his system.

Well, just going off the fact that Eric Morris is making less than $4 million, $2-3 million less than the previous HC, it's pretty safe to assume his assistants aren't going to be making as much as the former. And there's literally no way to do "some investigative reporting" considering literally no assistants have been hired yet. Not everything is a conspiracy trying to cover for coaches.
