Oklahoma State Offers 2023 Lovejoy Receiver Kyle Parker

STILLWATER – When it comes to offering wide receivers, Oklahoma State offensive coordinator and receivers coach Kasey Dunn, has always been extremely selective. So, when an offer goes out to a prospect, you know it means something.

Which leads us to the latest offer. Kyle Parker, a 5-11, 175-pound three-star receiver out of Lovejoy High School in Lucas, TX.

Parker is currently listed as the No. 688 overall prospect in the 2023 class according to the 247Sports composite rankings, the No. 94 overall receiver and the No. 118 prospect out of Texas.

As I mentioned above, when Dunn sends out an offer to a receiver, it means he’s a special player. So, you can pretty much disregard any rankings because you know he’s talented.

The Cowboys mark the 17th offer for Parker, who’s received offers from Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisville, Mississippi State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, SMU and Texas among others.

He currently has an official visit scheduled to Louisville on June 17 and it appears the Cardinal coaches are pushing really hard to land Parker.

This past season as a junior, Parker had a breakout season for Lovejoy as he hauled in 48 receptions for 775 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was also incredibly versatile on special teams as he returned 22 punts for 403 yards and two touchdowns, and averaged 30.8 yards on kick returns, finishing the season with 1,332 all-purpose yards.

Following the season, he was tabbed First-Team Texas 7-5A-II All-District.
