STILLWATER – The first games of Oklahoma State’s 2025 season have been announced as the Pokes will participate in The Shriners Children’s College Showdown at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX.

The Cowboys are one of six schools selected to participate in the event, which takes place Feb. 14-16, along with Arizona, Clemson, Louisville, Ole Miss and Texas.

Josh Holliday and Co. kick things off on the first day of the event, Friday, February 14, with an 11 a.m. CT start against Clemson. They’ll face Louisville on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3 p.m. CT and wrap things up with the last game of the event against Texas on Sunday, Feb. 15 at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Globe Life Field will also host midweek games during that time, with the Pokes face Texas State on Feb. 18 at 6:30 p.m. CT.

The Cowboys played in the Kubota College Baseball Series at Globe Life Field this past season and the College Baseball Showdown in 2023.

The Cowboys beat Michigan 9-3 and Arkansas 2-1 in 14 innings last season, and dropped two out of three in 2023, with a 5-3 win over Missouri, an 11-9 loss to Vanderbilt and an 18-1 loss in 7 innings to Arkansas.

The last time the Cowboys played a game at Globe Life Field they beat Oklahoma to win the Big 12 Tournament.
