Competition Day Comeback for the Ages as Football Offseason Nears Finish

The team captained by running back LD Brown and defensive tackle Brendon Evers battled the team captained by Hunter Woodard and Sean Michael Flanagan to a nail biting conclusion.

STILLWATER – It is one of the most fun days of the offseason conditioning program, the championship of Competition Days. Assistant athletic director Rob Glass brought the idea with him from Florida when he first came in with head coach Mike Gundy back in the winter of 2005. The team divides into eight teams with captains of each team representing both offense and defense and sometimes a special teams guy.
